Accounts and Tech Tools

Student Accounts

As a student at Seattle Colleges, you will use a combination of two accounts within our various systems:

  • ctcLink:  Your ctcLink account is your official student account for Washington State Community and Technical Colleges. Your ctcLink ID number is also known as your student ID number and is nine digits long (for example, 123456789). You use this ID to access your enrollment record, grades, financial aid information, and all official student records through the state ctcLink system.
  • MySeattleColleges:   Your MySeattleColleges account gives you access to technology tools and systems used specifically at Seattle Colleges. Your MySeattleColleges username is also known as your student username and is typically in FirstName.LastName format. This username is also the first part of your @seattlecolleges.edu email address for official college communications.
