South Seattle College Labs

Computers in all our labs and classrooms are PC platform.

All users must have a MySeattleColleges Login and password to use the computers in the Information Commons on the main floor of the library.

Library (Downstairs)  Open lab computers and printing
8:00 am - 7:30 pm Mon-Thurs 
8:00 am - 4:00 pm Fri

Library  (Upstairs)  Open Lab computers and printing 
7:30 am - 7:30 pm Mon-Thurs.  
7:30 am - 4:00 pm Fri  
9:30 am - 2:00 pm Sat

Both Open Labs are located in the Library building.

Printing costs on campus

Students will need to log in to the Papercut Printing System, which takes them directly to the PaperCut Login for Seattle Colleges to purchase additional printing.

Students are not charged for printing, but they have a printing quota, for which each student is given 325 printing credits per quarter. This quota is reset every quarter.

This quota counts against both black/white and color printing.

  • For black/white printing: 1 credit = 1 page
  • For color printing: 15 credits = 1 page

If students use up all the 325 credits before the quarter ends, they will need to buy printing cards with additional 55 credits for $5, or, 325 credits for $20 at the Papercut Printing System.
